Grand Opening of New Southern Living-Inspired Home

We’re proud to announce the unveiling of our second Southern Living-Inspired model home, with tours beginning next week. Just as beautiful as our first model, this 3,418-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath showpiece is exemplary of all the great things that go into being a Southern Living-Inspired Community. It’s a dwelling that exudes Southern charm, style, and taste, both indoors and out.

With modern farmhouse influences, this home plan is aptly named The Double Eagle. It’s appropriate, as it’s beautifully situated on the third green of our award-winning golf course. It was designed by the renown architect, Calvin Cline and the interior decor was done by Tracy Cook of Design, Etc.

The views from the home are stunning. We pride ourselves on bringing the outdoors in with large, light-filled windows throughout the interior spaces. Several perfectly frame the third green of our Weiskopf/Morrish-designed golf course, as well as a tranquil pond and calming waterfall. 

The interior of this new model is just as appealing. There is a large, open-concept kitchen with upgrades throughout. The five-burner gas cooktop is a chef’s dream, as are the custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and stylish granite countertops. The main floor also boasts a great room, dining room, a powder room, and an oversized laundry room. The enormous master suite takes up an entire wing and is conveniently located on the main floor for easy access.

Now in our third year as a Southern Living-Inspired Community, we’re proud to show off this latest addition to our beloved neighborhood. For our Harbor Club residents, members, and VIPs, we’re offering a special “sneak peek” preview of the model home on Friday, September 27 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm. There will be a special, grand opening event for the public on Saturday, September 28 from 10 am – 5 pm. Subsequent public tours are on Saturdays from 11 am – 4 pm and Sundays from 1 pm – 4 pm. There is no charge to tour this Southern Living Inspired Home, although a modest donation is suggested. All donations fully benefit the Oconee Regional Humane Society.
