Coming Soon: New Southern Living Model Home
Do you remember our last Southern Living-Inspired model home? It was, and continues to be, a gorgeous place full of visual appeal both inside and out. We had a lot of fun festivities for the official unveiling of that elegant house. Some of those included a family block party, a live demonstration on how to make the perfect Southern Living “Bloody Maria,” and the preparing and sharing of delicious Southern Living appetizers, among other goodies.
If you missed out, don’t worry. We’re excited to announce that our newest Southern Living-Inspired model home will be unveiled very soon — probably mid-to-late summer. We’ve got some great things planned when that happens, so stay tuned for dates and times.
Much like before, we plan on having an exciting open house event held exclusively for our Harbor Club residents and members. These lucky individuals will have the privilege of experiencing the reality of this beautiful, Calvin Cline-designed concept home before tours are opened up to the general public. Proudly built by our in-house builder, Patriot Builders, here are some of the details and highlights to look forward to.
The new home’s design is fittingly dubbed the “Double Eagle,” as it overlooks the #3 green of our award-winning, Weiskopf/Morrish-designed golf course.
With an open-concept kitchen, great room and dining room, the large windows fill the entire space with cheerful light. These windows also capitalize on the gorgeous, long-range, golf course views. The covered lanai is an inviting outdoor space that creates a spirit for warm gatherings with family and friends.
The kitchen infuses character and soul with luxe appeal. It includes upgraded lighting, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances (with a five-burner gas cooktop), and stylish granite countertops. The nearby, enormous laundry room is an attractive yet highly-efficient space for handling daily tasks.
The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor. Both it and the master bath are quite spacious, taking up an entire wing of the 3,418 sq ft home.
