Harbor Club Employee of the QuarterWe proudly announce that Damion Gallardo, Chef at The Clubhouse at Harbor Club, has been named our Employee of the Quarter for Q4! Damion’s dedication, passion, and commitment to excellence in everything he does make him more than deserving of this recognition.

Damion joined Harbor Club two years ago, bringing with him not only his culinary expertise but a genuine passion for serving others. As the chef of The Clubhouse, he plays a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our members. His love for cooking is evident in every dish he prepares, from everyday meals to special event offerings, where his creativity truly shines.

Damion’s enthusiasm for his work extends beyond just cooking. He thrives on the personal connections he builds with residents, always taking the time to interact with them, listen to their feedback, and ensure their dining experiences are memorable. He also deeply values his relationships with his staff, considering them essential to the kitchen’s success.

Outside of work at The Clubhouse, Damion is a dedicated father to three children. One of his greatest joys is taking family vacations, where he can step away from the kitchen and create lasting memories with his kids!

Damion’s passion for his craft, dedication to the Harbor Club community, and ability to create a positive and supportive environment in the kitchen make him an invaluable asset to the team.
