Harbor Club Celebrates Another Record-Breaking Year in Sales
We’re proud to announce that 2022 was another record-breaking sales year for Harbor Club Properties. After tallying the numbers, the results showed a whopping $69.3 million in sales. That total includes 168 transactions in homes, homesites, and club properties. Incredibly, it also represents the eighth consecutive year of double-digit percentage increases in Harbor Club Properties sales.
It’s awe-inspiring, considering the challenges of a pandemic over the past few years.
Led by our Director of Sales, Kathy Phillips, Harbor Club Properties is a partnership between Harbor Club and the Atlanta-based sales and marketing specialists @properties Development Group/Christie’s International. As such, Harbor Club Properties represented 57% market share of dollar volume in 2022.
Kathy has worked tirelessly at creating and implementing new, innovative sales strategies for our Southern Living Inspired Community and has also introduced many wonderful people to the neighborhood. As a result, many of them built their dream homes here. “2022 was a banner year for real estate in Harbor Club. In addition to record-breaking sales numbers, we also welcomed 64 new club members to the community this past year.
