Wednesday, Oct 14, 2026 | Uncategorized

The 2026 Harbor Club Men’s & Ladies Club Championship brought three days of great golf, friendly competition, and plenty of memorable moments to the course September 25–27. With golfers competing across six divisions, the weekend showcased the talent, determination, and love of the game that make Harbor Club’s golf community so special. From close finishes to commanding victories, this year’s championship had a little bit of everything. Congratulations to all of our participants, and especially to this year’s champions!

Jim Alger Claims His First Men’s Club Championship

Jim Alger came out strong on Friday with a 76 and never let up. While Derrick and Graham Heberling opened with impressive rounds of 78 and 79, Jim continued to build on his lead throughout the weekend.

In fact, Jim was the only competitor in the Men’s Club Championship to shoot in the 70s all three days. His consistent play ultimately gave him an 11-stroke victory and his first Harbor Club Men’s Club Championship.

Congratulations, Jim, on an incredible weekend!

Neal Colson Goes Back-to-Back

The Men’s 1st Flight Championship came down to a strong comeback from defending champion Neal Colson. After a challenging Saturday, Neal found his rhythm when it mattered most, firing a 78 on the second day to come from behind and claim his second consecutive 1st Flight Championship.

Congratulations to Neal on another championship and a great weekend of golf!

Bill Williams Wins in Sudden Death

The Men’s Senior Championship provided one of the weekend’s most exciting finishes.

Bill Williams shot a 76 on Saturday to take a two-shot lead over defending champion Brian Odom. Brian came back with a 79 on Sunday to tie Bill, sending the two golfers into a sudden-death playoff.

The competition came down to the very first playoff hole, where Bill pulled out the win to claim his first Harbor Club Men’s Senior Club Championship.

Congratulations, Bill, on a thrilling finish!

Jim Nash Earns His Fourth Consecutive Title

Jim Nash continued his impressive run in the Men’s Super Senior Championship, entering the weekend as the defending champion and leaving as a four-time champion.

Jim fired a 76 on Saturday to build a six-shot lead over his brother Ron, then continued his strong play on Sunday to finish 11 strokes ahead of his nearest competitor.

Congratulations to Jim on an incredible fourth consecutive Super Senior Championship!

Tammy Caldwell Wins Her First Ladies Club Championship

Tammy Caldwell got off to a fantastic start in the Ladies Club Championship, shooting a 78 on Saturday to take a three-stroke lead over defending champion Lisa Kaufman.

Tammy held onto her lead Sunday and ultimately secured the championship with an eight-stroke victory, earning her first Harbor Club Ladies Club Championship.

Congratulations, Tammy, on a fantastic first championship at Harbor Club!

Linda Kernen Takes the Ladies Senior Championship

New member Linda Kernen made quite an impression in her first Harbor Club Club Championship. Linda opened with an 88 on Saturday to take a two-shot lead over Jean Silbereisen.

She followed it up with another 88 on Sunday, maintaining her lead and securing the Ladies Senior Championship.

Congratulations to All of Our Golfers

The Club Championship is about more than just the final scores. It’s a weekend filled with competition, camaraderie, and the opportunity to enjoy the game with fellow Harbor Club members. We’re proud to celebrate everyone who participated and congratulate all of our gross and net winners.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2026 Harbor Club Club Championship such a fun and memorable weekend. And to our champions, congratulations on an incredible accomplishment!

We can’t wait to see what next year’s championship brings.
