Hole 11 761x1024
THE CHIMNEY

The longest hole on the course stretches over 600 yards from the back tees and turns quickly from right to left. The tee shot should hug the left side with a lay up being best played up the right. The green is bunkered on both sides. A definite 3 shot par 5.

12

Hole 12 740x1024
WILD TURKEY

A mid length par 3 with a severe green guarded by a bunker on the left. Players who bail out right will have a blind, uphill pitch shot to a large green with many subtle breaks.

PAR 3

YARDAGES  \  195  \  166  \  135  \  110

13

Hole 13 763x1024
THE WELL

Bombs away with a driver. This mammoth par 4 with an uphill tee shot requires as much distance as possible to get to the plateau of the fairway. Long irons and fairway woods will be the preferred weapon when approaching this large green with a bunker short right.

PAR 4

YARDAGES  \  471  \  442  \  411  \  360

14

Hole 14 730x1024
WILDFLOWER

A large oak tree stands in the middle of this beautiful wooded par 5. Tee shots right of the tree will most likely require a lay up to a slightly uphill fairway that doglegs left. Long tee shots down the left side may have opportunity to go at this green in two over a large ravine. Wonderful risk reward Par 5.

15

Hole 15 763x1024
HIDDEN SPRINGS

The last good birdie opportunity! This short downhill par 4 can be driven if the tee shot can navigate 5 strategically placed bunkers. A pond guards the right and rear of the green.

PAR 4

16

Hole 16 745x1024
DEADMAN’S GOLD

This long, narrow, dogleg left par 4 can stretch to over 450 yards from the back tees. Out of bounds awaits on the left side. Tee shot should favor the right side. The green is narrow with a lateral hazard on the right side. Par is a great score here.

PAR 4

YARDAGES  \  458  \  425  \  391  \  327

17

Hole 17 763x1024
THE MARSH

This beautiful par 3 requires a tee shot over Lake Oconee that is nearly all carry. The only bailout spot is a small bunker that separates a severe, narrow green from the lake or a bunker long that leaves a tough up and down.

PAR 3

YARDAGES  \  180  \  174  \  159  \  114

18

Hole 18 713x1024
DOUBLE CROSS

A deceiving creek meanders down the right side of this long par 4 that contains two sets of tee boxes. The right tee box should be played at the middle fairway bunker with a driver or fairway wood. The peninsula tee has the creek running parallel with the fairway providing for a more aggressive play from the tee. The green is large and severe with some great hole locations.

10

Hole 10 723x1024
THE BLUFFS

The back nine starts with a short, narrow and straight away par 4 with a creek that winds in on the left that comes into play from the tee shot. The green is surrounded by a pond on the left and the rear.

PAR 4

YARDAGES  \  384  \  355  \  319  \  277

9

Hole 9 759x1024
DOGWOOD

Two Fairway bunkers short right and long left help frame this long par 4 with an uphill tee shot. Fairway plateaus the last 160 yards to a crowned and severe green.

PAR 4

YARDAGES  \  440  \  412  \  379  \  366  \  325

1

Hole 1 751x1024
THE HEDGES

The opening hole is a rather tame beginning. The longer hitters may opt for a fairway wood to avoid the bunker on the left. A mid or short iron will be all that’s required to make it home to a large green. Avoid the deep bunker on the right. The back of the green can be quite severe when green speeds are high.

PAR 4

YARDAGES  \  390  \  365  \  337  \  290

2

Hole 2 744x1024
WHITE OAK

A long, tough Par 3 that plays downhill. Most players are coming in with long irons or fairway woods. Avoid out of Bounds right. Best bailout is short left, however bunker right is a much better leave than over the green.

PAR 3

YARDAGES  \  240  \  219  \  185  \  157

3

Hole 3 763x1024
STONE BRIDGE

Strategy is a word that comes to mind when standing on this tee. Hazard right and out of bounds left require and an accurate tee shot that should be played to the 150 yard marker. Green is guarded by a beautiful but inviting lateral water hazard on the right.

PAR 4

YARDAGES  \  374  \  345  \  310  \  281

4

Hole 3 763x1024
HORSE WON’T CROSS THE CREEK

Uphill all the way Par 5. Blast away with the driver and avoid bunkers on the right. Long hitters will have opportunity to reach this green in two. Good birdie opportunity.

PAR 5

YARDAGES  \  513  \  478  \  449  \  379

5

Hole 5 765x1024
SEVEN DEER

Long and winding downhill Par 4 that offers up picturesque Lake Oconee in the backdrop. Don’t get caught up in the scenery, this par 4 has teeth. Driver off the tee can bring right out of bounds in play if you’re not careful. Avoid at all costs the left fairway bunkers.

PAR 4

YARDAGES  \  465  \  430  \  383  \  349

6

Hole 6
HARDWOOD RIDGE

A short but devilish par 3 with many great hole locations. The green is crowned which makes for difficult up and downs. Deep bunker guards short and left.

PAR 3

YARDAGES  \  158  \  147  \  135  \  102

7

Hole 7 765x1024
ON GOLDEN POND

The beauty of Lake Oconee reappears on this wonderful risk/reward par 4. The longer hitters will try to drive the green by carrying a large portion of the cove. Wind direction should be closely monitored here. Fairway bunkers and out of bounds are waiting for bailout shots.

PAR 4

YARDAGES  \  345  \  323  \  296  \  264

8

Hole 8 691x1024
ARROWHEAD

A heavily bunkered Par 5 that turns right to left. Lay up shots should be placed right of the long bunker that guards the left side of the fairway short of the green. The green complex is severe so stay below the hole.
