Jessica Newberry, our friendly General Manager at the Clubhouse Restaurant, shared that she loves creating new events and experiences for Harbor Club members to enjoy. But her favorite work perk is always having delicious food close by to order when hungry. And she definitely recommends others work at Harbor Club. She said it’s a great laid-back environment where everyone has a lot of fun while working hard. In our blog post about Jessica, she also shared that the patron’s thoughtful appreciation for the staff was one of the most rewarding aspects of working at Harbor Club. 

Keith Kelly, our Head Golf Pro, shared that he loves meeting and greeting our members as they come into the Pro Shop to play golf or browse the latest gear. And as far as his favorite work perks, they are the privileged access to award-winning golf, the Clubhouse, and the Boathouse. And while those privileges are incredible, the top reasons that he recommends others work here are the awesome atmosphere and our member’s passion for the club. In our blog post about Keith, he shared that Harbor Club is a wonderful community where all residents, employees, and members are simply fantastic. Because of that, he and his team take great pride in their work, especially in helping create top-notch experiences for those who visit.

Damion Gallardo, our Executive Chef at the Clubhouse Restaurant, shared that he loves interacting with our members. In fact, he stated that one of the most rewarding things about working at Harbor Club is when members take the time to say how much they enjoyed their meal. He’s glad he and his team are making a positive impact.

And Don Forchilli, our Harbor Club Membership Director, added that the work atmosphere is the most rewarding aspect of working here. Everyone gave him a warm reception when he joined the team a year and a half ago. He said his colleagues feel like family – something that’s refreshing, wonderful, and certainly unique to Harbor Club.
