Job variety abounds
Our current priority is filling various positions required for running an active country club like ours. We’re currently hiring cart crew and course maintenance staff, dockhands for The Boathouse Marina, wait staff, hosts, and kitchen staff for The Clubhouse and Boathouse Restaurants. But, there are often opportunities in administration, operations, real estate, and other services too.

With hard work and the right experience, Harbor Club employees have the opportunity to advance their careers. In fact, Laurie Rimes, who started at Harbor Club working a beverage cart on our golf course, recently celebrated her 25th work anniversary with us. She worked her way up the career ladder and is now happily handling Accounts Receivable. Opportunities abound at Harbor Club if you have a desire to learn and a good work ethic.

Even though working at Harbor Club comes with a bit of notoriety, it’s not “stuffy” here. Our residents and members enjoy a friendly camaraderie with one another and everyone who works here. You’ll meet people from all aspects of life — from celebrities and executives to kids just learning how to swing a club. Even if you don’t play golf, the opportunity to meet, interact and chat with charismatic people who play the course and utilize our other amenities and facilities is a nice benefit.
