With the gorgeous fall season just around the corner, golfers are looking forward to playing our championship golf course. Sure, golfing in the summer is tons of fun, but it’s also pretty warm here in Lake Country. So, it’s no surprise that we’re welcoming the cooler weather, not to mention the colorful leaves and crisp air. Our best grass greens are at their best
Harbor Club’s greens are bentgrass. It’s renowned as the preferred cool-season grass where true ball roll is the priority for the surface. What’s more, bentgrass greens are at their peak in autumn. Essentially, if you can’t find your ball in an area with lots of fallen leaves, then you’ll take a one-stroke penalty and drop another ball. Relaxed rules like this one mean less stress, quicker play, and more fun for all.

Everyone knows that fall means football. No matter who you’re rooting for, we’re big fans of the sport in the South. So we ask you this — what’s better than strolling off the 18th green right in time for noon kickoff? It’s doable, just as long as you book an early tee time.
